### REFUND POLICY

At FaithSprout™, we stand behind the quality of our study guides. That is why we offer a **30-Day Money-Back Guarantee**.

**1. 30-Day Guarantee & Return Window**
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.

**2. Return Process**
To initiate a return, please contact us at **pierrebaribeau@gmail.com**. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**3. Return Shipping Costs**
Please note that **return shipping fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer**. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**4. Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**5. Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
